About Men’s Sober Living in Los Angeles, CA
Steve ran a successful studio and gallery space, worked on television sets, and has been involved in the city’s creative culture for years before his journey with New Life. He has been around highly structured sober livings for the last 6 years committed to self-improvement and all others who come into a process like New Life. He opened Review Victory Programs, a group of facilities for young men’s sober living in Los Angeles. With this, he had a vision of helping men abstain from alcohol and drug dependence. To add, he wanted to transform their lifestyles and teach them life skills necessary to succeed. Our Alumni Program is a network of compassionate members from our recovery community dedicated to supporting the next generation by sharing their own experience of achieving their goals and aspirations through our programs.

- They are highly habit forming, and their abuse can cause mood changes and poor judgement.
- Review Victory Programs has been recognized nationally by professionals in recovery as a model for structured sober living in Los Angeles.
- We do not receive any commission or fee that is dependent upon which treatment provider a caller chooses.
- Separate treatment for men or women can create strong peer connections and remove barriers related to trauma, shame, and gender-specific nuances.

When he went into the program 15 months ago, he was a shell of himself, with no self esteem, no confidence and no sense of self. He was an active alcoholic who had no idea how to navigate his way through life as an adult without using alcohol to distract him. Throughout his months at new life, he slowly learned how to love himself, to gain confidence and to truly learn what it means to be at peace. Don’t get me wrong, there were plenty of ups and downs and trials and tribulations on both our parts. I spent many a late night dealing with anxiety and endless worry, but i knew every day that he was safe and he was learning to confront his demons and come out the other side. I have so many people to thank, the guys in charge of my son who have become my family and geoffrey’s family as well.
